DIY Green Tea anti aging face Mask

Have you ever heard green tea for the face? Yes! Green tea has many benefits inside and outside. This DIY Green tea anti-aging face mask is a must to try. 

Now everyone knows I am obsessed with natural products and ingredients which are closer to nature. My reason is genuine. They are safe to use and almost have no side effects, though they have their effects little later than the chemical-based products. But as it is saying, 

Good things come to those who wait


Using natural products are the same. I search for different mask and recipes on Pinterest or Youtube and do necessary changes that make me satisfy to have maximum benefits. I found this face mask of green tea, and I want to share this mask with all of you. We all know the benefits of Green tea. It is not only famous for its weight loss properties but also has anti-aging and antioxidant properties. 

Besides green tea I have another amazing strawberry face mask for the brightening of the skin.


All the ingredients that are necessary for this mask come from your kitchen pantry.

All you need is Honey, Gram flour, yogurt, and green tea.

HONEY:

Take one teaspoon of honey   










                                       

Benefits of Honey: Honey’s antibacterial properties make its best match for any mask. It helps in reducing and preventing acne. Its antioxidant properties help in the slowing down of aging processes. It enhances the complexion by clarifying the pores and soothes the skin. It helps to regain the inner glow. 


GRAM FLOUR:

Take two teaspoons of gram flour




Benefits of gram flour: Besan or gram flour is a traditional ingredient used in many Asian remedies because of its beauty benefits. It helps in exfoliation and cleansing of the skin. It removes dirt and toxins from the skin and makes it clear and glowing. It lightens the skin by fighting with pimples and reducing oil. It is mainly used as the body scrub or removing unwanted facial hair. It is also used as an anti-aging product to tighten the skin and a whitening agent.  


GREEN TEA: 

Take two tea bags or one tablespoon of green tea. Make a fine powder by grinding the tea leaf.

                                                     
Benefits of Green tea: Since ancient times, green tea has been used for medical purposes. Nowadays, it is used for varied reasons, from weight loss to its great anti-aging properties. Green tea is full of antioxidants, which make it a best naturally used a product to fight with aging. By drinking or applying, the benefits can be gained in various ways. It improves skin complexion and makes skin healthy by flushing out toxins from the body. It delays aging and prevents wrinkles by fighting free radicals.

YOGURT:

Take one teaspoon of yogurt
                                              







Benefits of yogurt: Yogurt not only has inner benefits, but the topical application of yogurt enhances the beauty of your skin. The lactic acid (alpha hydroxyl acid) dissolves the dead cells of the skin. It gently exfoliates skin and prevents breakouts. It diminishes the appearance of aging (lines and wrinkles). It relieves sunburn and reduces pigmentation.  

APPLICATION

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make a fine paste. The paste should not be runny and have a thick consistency.
