Weight Loss Diet Plan
We all want to lose weight but when it comes to name of diet we are afraid that in order to lose weight one has to starve. Diet never meant to be hungry or starve you. It means something which is healthy and according to your body's need. Our body needs carbohydrates, protein and fats and only in right amount means a good diet. I am sharing you a diet that was prescribed to me by a dietician and I paid a handsome amount for it. You will amaze she didn't prescribe me a restricted diet instead she focused on portion control only. So let me share with you what she told me and an interesting thing I knew half of the information she provided me. The only thing which I was not doing correct was portion size. There are also certain myths she told me I should not follow for which I will write another blog with details.
So here comes the weight loss diet and remember it’s not an exact diet plan there are options and varieties of food you can switch because I am not a person who can stick on one diet.

What one should avoid
Don’t drink your calories: don’t drink juices, soda and anything in liquid except water, green tea and black coffee and tea (they all are zero calories). Juices, soda and all the fancy liquid they all filled with calories and by consuming them means you are consuming large amount of calories without filling your stomach.
Don’t eat infront of television: This sounds little odd? Right we are habitual of eating our food infront of TV, mobile phones or laptops, so what’s wrong with this approach? Let me tell you the side effect. You never attend what you are eating which means you are not mindful what you are taking inside your body. This also makes you eat in large quantity because simply you don’t pay attention to what you are eating and how much you are eating.
Don’t eat preservatives: This is more related with health then just weight loss. All the foods especially meat products they have bunch of preservatives specially sodium. The intake of high amount of sodium leads to high blood pressure and water intake issue.
