Amazing Fenugreek hair mask To Try Right Now

Being an Asian, I am well aware of the fenugreek or Methi seed for its strong aroma and flavors in a pickle ( the famous Asian food). But I had no idea how useful these small particles are for your hair till I suffer from hair loss because of dandruff. It’s very frustrating when you want to make your hair grow as Rapunzel in Tangled, and then you realize you will never get that dream hair because of this powdery white flack on your scalp (dandruff). This fenugreek hair mask is the solution to all the hair loss problems.

WHATS THE DEAL 

I tried various methods or tips to reduce my hair fall. I made an onion hair oil as the onion is enriched in sulfur, which is the main part of your hair protein. It helped me control my hair fall when the dandruff was not the culprit. But after some time, hair fall started again, and this time the reason was not the sulfur but dandruff. I searched on the internet, and by reading lots of remedies I came with my own, which was much beneficial than what I read. So before starting this Fenugreek hair mask let me introduce you about this spice. Those who are Asian must know, but those who never been to Asia may not have any idea what this spice does. 

Fenugreek is a herb which widely cultivated and used in Asian food. Its botanical name is Trigonella foenum-graecum. It's an annual plant that grows 2-3ft in height. It is the rich source of Iron, Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, Vitamin C, Phosphate and its also enriched with protein. These small particles can do wonder to your hair and skin. But let's focus its benefits on hair in today's post.

FENUGREEK SEED BENEFITS

This hair mask helps to reduce hair fall, dry and rough hair, and dandruff control; They are also well known for its thicking property for hair.

They are easily available at any Asian store or I am sharing Amazon links of fenugreek seed, so if one is interested can buy from there. ( I will get a commission if you purchase from this link ). 

MAIN INGREDIENTS 

For this mask, you would need
2 tables  spoon of fenugreek seed

half cup water

3 tbs of yogurt

1tbs of honey

1 egg

2 tbs of any oil of your choice. I have used my onion oil for this remedy to see better results. 

Now here comes the best part

From this, you can make fenugreek hair serum for your hair. Let the seed 

soaked for 24 hours or at least 3-4 hours. Strain the water in a separate spray 

bottle and apply this on your hair daily and leave it for one hour, at least. Rinse 

with normal water after one hour. 

FOR HAIR MASK

             Blend the seed with a small quantity of water. Add yogurt, honey, an egg, and oil. Mix this mixture well and apply from root to end of your hair. Cover your hair with plastic wrap, shower cap or whatever available for covering. Leave it for 2-3 hours and wash with regular shampoo and conditioner. Do it twice a week alternatively with the fenugreek hair serum spray daily. After one month people will comment on the beauty of your hair.
